Is there a minimum investment amount?

Yes. The minimum investment amount varies by SME and funding round but typically starts from USD 500. Each listing displays its minimum and maximum contribution levels.

How do investors earn returns?

Investors earn returns based on the SME’s performance and funding structure — through dividends, interest payments, or equity appreciation depending on the deal type.

Can SMEs from any country apply?

Currently, Y-Invest focuses on African SMEs with verifiable local registration. Expansion to global emerging markets is planned in future phases.
